Where we ship

We ship to every EU country and across Europe.

Cost

Shipping costs a flat €20 per order, regardless of the number of items or their weight.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders placed on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 10:00 CET are dispatched the same day from our distribution warehouse. Orders placed after 10:00 or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day. Delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the destination country. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and local VAT collected by the carrier.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Damaged or missing items

Please check the parcel on delivery. If something is damaged or missing, write to info@nexakft.com within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it at our cost.
